It has two floors and 175m² of living space, comprising a light and airy living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, four bedrooms and two very modern bathrooms. The ground floor has the living room with a generous corner sofa suite, an elegant glass coffee table, a wide digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, a DVD player, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with six chairs. The open fireplace provides a homely atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The separate fitness room is generously equipped with modern fitness equipment. The ground floor also has one of the bedrooms and a bathroom. Stairs lead upstairs, where there are the other three bedrooms and the second bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms, including the one on the ground floor, have a double bed of 160 x 200cm, while the fourth has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, which can also be joined together as a double bed. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional single bed measuring 80 x 180cm. The daylight bathroom on the first floor has a washing machine and an inviting bath with massage jets, while the ground-floor bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle. Both have a wide washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a supplementary bed are available. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace is provided and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa free of charge.

The living room opens onto the roofed terrace with a big table and chairs, and on to the private, heated 65m² pool, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Children can also make their first swimming attempts in the shallow area and will also enjoy the children’s playground in the rear part of the garden with a sandpit, a slide and a Wendy house. Adults can have fun on the artificial playing lawn with badminton, volleyball or football, before gathering by the traditional stone grill for meals together. The pool is illuminated at night. A car is recommended during your stay. There are three secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the fenced site.

The Saint Iliha tunnel through the Biokovo massif enables direct access to the nearest beach about 25km with crystal clear water, on the Makarska Riviera. Despite the peaceful, secluded location, the nearest shopping facilities are only about 300 metres away and there are cafés and restaurants about 1km away. Those who would like to spend an active holiday can enjoy hiking, mountain climbing, swimming and kayaking in the lakes, as well as riding, near the holiday apartment.
