The apartment is located
only 5 km from the airport, 200 m from the bus station, 300 m from the old town, 70 m from the sea, secured parking within the building under video surveillance. All facilities (vegetable market, fish market, shopping center, etc.) needed for a longer stay are within a 5-minute walk. Even though you are in the very center of the city, you will feel that you are in a natural oasis full of greenery. You are 25 km from Split and Diocletian's Palace, 50 km from Sibenik, Krka National Park and Kornati National Park
Apartment Kairos Trogir has everything you need for a safe and unforgettable experience. The apartment is completely isolated from the rest of the household. You will be the only guests in the house because it is the only apartment that is rented to guests in the house. You have your own entrance to the garden located in front of the apartment. Apartment clean professional cleaners adhering strictly to epidemiological measures.

The lush, green garden with an outdoor shower is for your own exclusive use during your stay. You can make yourselves comfortable on the garden furniture on the spacious sun terrace and spend long evenings under a starry sky. Next to the garden you have your private gas barbecue and a communal wood grell area for shared use with my brother on the first floor. If you come by car, park your car in a private parking lot under video surveillance and after that you do not have to use it because everything you need for a comfortable stay is within a radius of 300 m.

The apartment occupies the ground floor of the two-storey residential house from the year 2010, which has a holiday apartment on each floor. It was renovated just recently in 2020 and therefore provides the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (warm/cool) in all the rooms. It is accessed through its own separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. The apartment consists of a living and dining room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall (cable and satellite channels and a USB port), a DVD and CD player, and a dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the kitchen with a dishwasher, four-zone electric hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 190 x 200cm and a single bed measuring 90 x 190cm, and both have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional bed measuring 120 x 190cm, for two children or one adult. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. The separate guest toilet is convenient. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and you can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment free of charge.

Your holiday apartment is only about 70 metres from the sea. Right by the beach in front of the house you can also find a little café and a children’s playground. It is only about 500 metres to the historical old town of Trogir with its many sights, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The nearest shops are only about 100 metres away, a restaurant 200 m, a shopping mall 300 m. The airport is about 5 km and the main bus station 200 m away.

    “Das Apartment ist sauber und recht hübsch. Vier Häuschen nur deshalb weil direkt neben der Hauptstraße und vier Kilometer neben Flughafen und dadurch je nach Windrichtung die Flugzeuge über das Apartment starten oder landen.”
