Holiday house with a charming and modern interior, with a private terrace in the fenced garden

The cosy 125 m² holiday house with a beautiful garden was renovated in 2017 and is located in Tönning, a little seaside and climatic spa town by the Eider in Schleswig-Holstein.

The big ground floor flooded with daylight has a cosy living and dining room with a dining table for meals together and a lounge area with a corner sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a Playstation. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor of the house with three bedrooms. The first is furnished with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) and has its own TV, the second provides a single bed (90 x 200cm), and the third has a French double bed (140 x 200cm, with two individual mattresses), as well as its own TV. The daylight bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. A washing machine, dryer and iron are also available. The gas central heating heats all the rooms, except the storage room. Wireless Internet access is available.

The house has a fenced garden with a terrace and garden furniture, as well as a grill. Pets are allowed.

The nearest shop (bakery and supermarket) is about 100 metres away and it is about 600 metres to a restaurant, as well as a swimming pool. The tennis court and the local train station are 800 metres away. The open sea and the nearest sandy beach are about 5km away.

    “Schönes Haus, eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht, um entspannenden Urlaub zu geniessen. Nur ist die Lage des Hauses nicht ganz so ansprechend, da man aber eh meist nur zum Schlafen "daheim" ist, stört das nicht allzu sehr.”

    “Danke für die gute Bewertung, die in puncto "Lage" für mich irritierend ist. Ziel ist es ja, das Haus nicht nur zum Schlafen zu bewohnen. :-) , sondern sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Und genau das ist es auch, was mir meine Gäste ind Gästebuch schreiben. Dass Sie sich wohlgefühlt und sich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.
    Wenn sie in dem Haus gut schlafen konnten, ist es meines Erachtens schon mal ein gute Grundlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Aber was hat Sie an der Lage gestört?
    Es handelt sich um kleines Stadthaus innmitten Einheimischer (also keine Ferienhaussiedlung). Die Kirche im Blick...Fitnessstudio, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Innenstadt, Hafen nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, ein kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür und mit einem relativ großen Garten mit Terrasse hinterm Haus.”
