This former farmhouse is located on a small hill about 3 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. The vacation home consists of two separate apartments that are rented out together. In front of the house there are various covered seating areas with barbecue, the private pool area with sun terraces and a small garden below with a view of the medieval Castello di Montecchio. The furnishings are in rustic style. The first floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase. Excursion destinations: Arezzo (17 km), Cortona (15 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (38 km) and Lake Trasimeno (25 km). Castiglion Fiorentino with its castle and stores of all kinds, restaurants, bars and a colorful weekly market 3 km.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer komplett ruhigen Gegend. Der Vermieter wohnt mit am gleichen Grundstück und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem verkauft er auch selbst produziertes Olivenöl von den Hainen ums Haus herum in einer fantastischen Qualität. Das Haus und der Pool sowie das ganze Grundstück sind sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen vom Vermieter gereinigt. Die Ausstattung ist teils etwas rustikal und alt, aber es ist alles wunderbar zu benutzen. Die Bäder sind schön groß und sehr sauber. In beiden Wohnungen stehen große Ventilatoren bereit, um die Schlafzimmer zu kühlen.
    Die Küche hat einen Gasherd der tadellos funktioniert, einen Backofen, einen großen Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach. Besteck und Geschirr sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Fernseher ist ein großer im OG und ein kleiner im EG, aber da die Wohnungen ja nur gemeinsam vermietet werden ist das kein Thema. Die Waschmaschine ist in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht und kann jederzeit genutzt werden. Zum Trocknen gibt es im Garten eine lange Wäscheleine. Wäscheklammern sind auch ausreichend vorhanden.”

    “We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit vakantiehuis.,
    Pluspunten: Zwembad was groot genoeg, werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, wasmachine en vaatwasser waren erg handig, woning was groot genoeg voor 8 personen, eigenaar woonde ernaast, stelden zich heel gastvrij en behulpzaam op. Er waren bij aankomst voldoende handdoeken aanwezig en na 1 week kregen we nieuwe schone handdoeken. BBQ en houtoven buiten waren ideaal.

    Minpunten; woning is gedateerd, alles piept en kraakt wel een beetje, kasten zijn wat muf aan binnenkant, keuken beneden is aan de kleine kant, woning was op het eerste oog netjes en schoon, echter bepaalde zaken, met name de badkamer boven waren echt niet netjes schoongemaakt. We misten soms wat lekker zittend tuinmeubilair.”
