These holiday apartments are near the beach in a quiet residential are, somewhat outside of the picturesque little harbour town of Novi Vinodolski, on the sunny Croatian Adriatic coast, providing an ideal starting point for experiencing the long beaches along Kvarner Bay.

The holiday apartments are on the ground floor and the upper floor of a two-storey residential house, with a total of three apartments, from the year 1980, which were completely renovated in 2010 and furnished comfortably accordingly. The owner lives in the house next door and is happy to assist with any queries.

The shared, enclosed garden has a traditional stone grill for leisurely meals together outdoors. If you arrive by car, you can find secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

The holiday apartments are only about 100 metres from the sea and a boat rental. The nearest beach is about 400 metres away. It is about 1km to the centre of the little town of Novi Vinodolski with its variety of shops, colourful markets, good range of gastronomy and entertainment. The nearest restaurant and shopping facilities are only about 200 metres away.

Spacious holiday apartment on the first floor with a panoramic sea view from the private, sunny balcony

This generous 100m² holiday apartment is on the first floor of a residential house and consists of a living and dining room, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two daylight bathrooms. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, with satellite channels and a USB port, and a dining table with four chairs. A round archway leads through to the kitchen, equipped with a stove with two gas and two electric rings, an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the three bedrooms has a double bed measuring 180 x 190cm, the other two also each have a double bed measuring 180 x 190cm, along with a single bed measuring 90 x 190cm. The two lightly tiled bathrooms each have a shower cubicle, washbasin with wall mirror and a toilet. One of them also has a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. For longer stays, these are changed every seven days. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto your private, sunny balcony, furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs and affording an extensive view over the sea bay.
