Two light and inviting, recently completely renovated (2015) holiday apartments within walking distance of the beach, each with a private, sunny balcony
The two holiday apartments are within walking distance of the beach in the quiet and green Klostar residential area, just outside of the fishing village of Jadranova in the sunny Kvarner Bay, an ideal place for a relaxing seaside holiday.
The three-storey residential house from the year 1990 comprises a total of five apartments. Those on the ground floor and top floor are occupied by the owner, while the two holiday apartments are on the middle floor. They were completely renovated just recently in 2015 and fitted with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
Although the owner is mindful of your privacy, he is also available to assist with any queries.
The holiday apartments are within walking distance of the blue Adriatic and Vodna beach is just 200 metres away, and Havisce beach only about 450 metres. The nearest shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are about 100 metres away. It is about 2km to the centre of Jadranova with its range of shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy. The lively tourist town of Crikvenica 9km away makes an interesting day trip.
Comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a private, sunny balcony, for up to five people
The 55m² holiday apartment on the first floor consists of a living and dining room flooded with daylight, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV with cable and satellite channels and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen with a two-zone electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for a child. The lightly tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
The big glass doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny balcony, with a dining table and chairs for leisurely holiday breakfasts or a glass of Croatian wine at sunset. If you arrive by car, there is a secure parking space right in front of the house.
