This house is located in the village of Erezée, about 10 km away from Durbuy, the smallest city in the world. The famous city of La Roche with the castle ruins is located 20 km away. The caves of Hotton can be reached in 10 minutes. The region is quiet and wooded. The Ourthe flows sometimes fast and at other times very slowly through the hills. The area offers a wide range of outdoor sports, both for groups and individuals. Do not forget to bring your racing- or mountain bike, because here you will find the finest sporting routes in the Ardennes. The village has everything at hand - a shop, a bakery, a cafeteria, a gourmet restaurant, a fishing pond, tennis courts and a tourist train along the river Aisne. This semi-detached cottage is very comfortably furnished. This former residence located on a farm has been completely renovated and equipped with modern amenities. The living room serves as a proper lounge with a fireplace, billiards, darts, board games, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi and a TV with many channels. The open kitchen is very modern and extremely well equipped. The rooms on the first floor are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom has a large shower and two sinks. Behind the house there is a terrace and an enclosed garden of 400 square metres with comfortable garden furniture. Although there are 8 beds available, there is only one bathroom. So this house is more suitable for around 6 people. Guests of all ages will feel at home in this cottage and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
