Situated on high ground, this magnificent and very large villa offers a beautiful panorama over the Mediterranean Sea. It faces directly south, and its 300 m² is distributed over two levels. All living areas are very spacious and comfortably furnished. Large window fronts offer you a great view of the sea and in the evening the moon. A magnificent infinity pool and beautiful terraces invite you to lounge undisturbed. The 2015 completely overhauled property, which impresses with modern furnishings and equipment of the latest generation, is located in a residential area halfway between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. You are vacationing in a scenic and very charming region. Les Issambres attracts with an almost 8 km long coastal stretch of beaches and small rocky bays, and the typical Mediterranean flora as well as fantastic views accompany you on your walk along the coastal path. You can also relax in the thalassotherapy center, which was built in the style of the great Roman thermal baths and offers beneficial forms of treatment. Golf enthusiasts can pursue their hobby at the Sainte-Maxime golf course, 7 km away, which features an 18-hole course on 65 rolling acres of land. Take the ferry boat from Sainte-Maxime to Saint-Tropez, Port-Grimaud or Cogolin.
