This beautiful and traditionally furnished holiday home extends over two floors and is located in a small, cosy village just a five-minute drive from Lovran. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and not far from the sea. Lovran is a well-known health resort and not far from the large town of Opatija. The area has many entertainment activities and entertainment options to offer.

    “Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, liebevoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Sehr schöne Bäder und schöner Garten mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Man muss allerdings enge und steile Kurven hochfahren, um zum Haus zu kommen. Ein Auto ist ein "Muss", man fährt gute 10 Min., um nach Lovran zu kommen. Die Eltern der Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan und sind super freundlich, aber auch immer da. Wir waren 2 Wochen mit drei Erwachsenen dort und wir würden wiederkommen.”

    “Das Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ist sehr liebevoll restauriert worden und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass das Haus nur über eine sehr steile und auf dem letzten Kilometer sehr enge, ungesicherte Straße erreichbar ist. Leider ist es nicht möglich, auch mal auf das Autofahren zu verzichten, das es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants in Fußnähe des Hauses gibt.”
