This beautiful, large holiday home has a swimming pool, a wonderful, secluded terrace with tasteful outdoor furniture and a lovely umbrella. The house stands on a huge, hilly ground in Kromose, just 400 metres from Wadden Sea. The huge pool area that has a swimming pool with counter current system and an inbuilt spa for 5 people is a real treasure of this house. You can also view the activities in the pool room from the living room. The house is well-equipped and has more than 100 parabola channels that provide entertainment for people of all ages. The sleeping place of this house is separated into 4 lovely bedrooms with double beds and two other spaces on the loft bedroom. Brick flooring is available throughout the house and an energy-efficient heat pump was installed when the house was thoroughly renovated in the year 2009. This is a comfortable holiday home in an exceptionally popular region with nature and tranquillity. Several options to take walks and enjoy cycling through the wonderful nature of Romo are available.

    “POSITIV:
    -herausragend großes,helles Schwimmbad mit großem Becken und umlaufenden Scheibenfronten
    -Austattung mit hochwertigen Geräten und höherwertige Einrichtung
    -erhöhte Alleinlage des Gebäudes mit ausreichendem Abstand zu den Nachbarhäusern
    -das Wattenmeer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe
    -große fast komplett umlaufende Terasse
    -überraschend bequeme Betten
    -gute Wartung des Pools
    -bei einer Beschwerde über den verschmutzten Backofen erfolgte eine zeitnahe Reinigung
    NEGATIV:
    - der Backofen war bei Anreise stark verschmutzt und offenbar unsachgemäß genutzt worden.
    - auf der Hauptterasse vor dem Poolraum fehlte ein Esstisch
    -die Fenster außen und insbesondere auch die Innenscheiben zwischen Poolraum und Wohnraum waren verschmutzt.
    -die Fliesenfugen im Duschraum waren verpilzt
    -der Außengrill war nicht gereingt(und wurde daher von uns nicht genutzt)
    FAZIT:
    Insgesamt überwiegt der positive Eindruck.Ein schönes, großes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage,dass eine etwas pfleglichere Behandlung verdient”

    “Die Ausstattung vom Ferienhaus ist absolut okay. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und schön gelegen auf einer Dünne. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist auch sehr gering und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool mit der Gegenstrom Anlage macht echt Spaß und wurde stets vom Personal kontrolliert.”
