You have your own large garden with wooden bathtub and playground directly in front of the apartment. Both from the garden and from the apartment you have a panoramic view of the water. The apartment is a good base for trips to the hills of Skamlingsbanken, where you have a good view of the Little Belt. If you like to go to the city, Kolding is only 25 km away. It's only 10 minutes to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Christiansfeld. In addition to pedestrian areas, there is the shopping center Kolding Storcenter in the north of the city. Central heating is included in the period 1.9.-30.4. The owner also lives on the second floor and is happy to help. The fireplace in the apartment is only for decoration.
