This big holiday home with a thatched roof was built in 1974 as a year-round occupancy for the local pastor but was converted into a holiday home in 1995. The house is situated on a 41,000 m2 large hilly dune plot which borders the sea towards west. The house is heated with an oil burner and a large woodburning stove in the living room. There is electric heating on the first floor. The large kitchen has a dinette and all white goods such as a hot-air oven and a dishwasher. There is a smaller living room on the ground floor and a large activity room with table tennis and a billiard table on the first floor. This room has a view to the sea. There are activity possibilities such as fishing, golf and a water world nearby.

    “Die Lage ist super, nur über eine Düne und schon am Strand. Die Ausstattung ist okay, der sanitäre Bereich hätte mal eine Überholung nötig. Richtig übel ist allerdings, dass der Vermieter seine Investition für eine Wärmempumpe auf den Strompreis bei den Nebenkosten aufschlägt und die kWh Strom dafür mit 0,85€ ZUSÄTZLICH berechnet. Die kWh Strom für Warmwasser/Heizung kostet somit 1,18€! Ansonsten ein geräumiges Haus in sehr guter Lage mit etwas "Renovierungsstau". Das Ferienhaus liegt schon etwas außerhalb und zum Einkaufen wird ein Auto benötigt. Dafür ist es dort sehr ruhig.
