This impressive architect villa is located on a large plot in a residential area not far from the Valescure golf and tennis complex. You will have at your disposal a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a beautiful marble terrace and a Jacuzzi for 6 people. Luxury, elegance and sophistication define the villa inside. The floors are made of stone, and the bright living room, which features vaulted ceilings and stone columns, overlooks the pool. All bedrooms are well-kept and have an adjoining bathroom, a TV, dressing room and electric shutters. One bedroom is on the first floor, and of the three on the upper floor, one has access to a private terrace. Saint-Raphaël is a seaside resort with sandy beaches and small, hidden rocky coves. Take the ferry boat across to Saint-Tropez to take advantage of the renowned Pampelonne beach, among others.
