Spacious holiday apartment on the second floor, with a grill area on the private sunny balcony

The 70m² apartment on the second floor consists of a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated open kitchen, two bedrooms and a light bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a digital TV with satellite channels and a round dining table with six chairs. Next to it there is the white built-in kitchen with the latest appliances, including a four-zone electric hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and even a washing machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for two further people. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A coffee machine, hairdryer, DVD player, cot and highchair can be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Big glass doors in the two bedrooms and the living room open directly onto your 5m² sunny balcony with a grill and a table with chairs. Whilst barbecuing, you can enjoy an extensive view over the promenade towards the blue bay.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, rates will apply for the extra consumptions: The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Fast unlimited Wifi internet and TV are free of charge.
