Welcome to this detached wellness holiday house amidst pristine nature in the dreamy little hamlet Piburg, right by the lake Piburger See. It is to the west of Oetz with its ski resort, at the heart of Tyrol. The accommodation has been set up for those seeking peace and quiet, for nature lovers and leisurely holiday-makers – an idyllic place for wellness and relaxation.

The holiday house built in 2008 with balcony terraces is on a fenced 300m² site and is on two floors with 140m2 of living space. Its comprehensive and comfortable furnishing, the charmingly selected and harmonious details, the fragrant arolla pine wood and warm light ensure cosy well-being in your home away from home. The ground floor has a little lounger corner, two double bedrooms and an open, fully-equipped living room and kitchen-diner with a large LCD TV and a DVD player. Next to the lounger corner, inviting you to relax and read, you can follow the stairs up to the upper floor, where you can find the third double bedroom and the children’s room, the ‘bear’s den’ with a bunk bed. Here there is also the highlight of the house, the wellness oasis: you can immerse yourself in the 37°C water of the 7-person whirlpool and enjoy the extensive view of the wonderful mountain world through the many windows. Gaze out across picturesque valleys towards the Acherkogel with its proud 3080 metres, or the Hochötz ski resort, whilst recharging your batteries. Experience a whole new sense of well-being in the adjoining arolla pine sauna, breathing in and feeling mindfully, cleansing your body and mind, absorbing inner warmth, in total privacy and undisturbed in your holiday house. The three double bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200cm), wardrobes and dressers for storing. These three bedrooms also have an integrated shower cubicle each, a washbasin and a separate WC. In the double rooms and the children’s room you can also watch TV (flatscreen) comfortably from the bed before going to sleep. The kitchen-diner with a cosy corner bench and a large table enables ideal self-catering with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and wireless Internet access are included in the rental price.

The double bedrooms, the wellness area and the living room-kitchen have an external door out onto the terrace or balcony. Guests of all ages can make themselves comfortable here on the sun loungers or in the sitting corner. The whole outdoor area is surrounded by a wooden fence, therefore also perfect for your four-legged friends. A gas and charcoal grill are available for use free of charge (gas and wood are provided). Discover a piece of nature, away from traffic, and let children play and run around freely. There is also a little stream right behind the holiday house. There are two carport parking spaces right by the house, as well as an outdoor parking space.

A free arolla pine cot can be provided.

There are cafes and restaurants 500 metres away awaiting your visit and the lake Piburger See is just a kilometre away, within walking distance. The ski bus stops 5 metres away in front of the door and takes you directly to the Oetz ski resort. It can also be accessed by car, just 2.5km away, where there are also shops and many amenities. A swimming pool, a tennis court, paragliding and riding facilities provide sports activities. Discover the natural surroundings on extensive hikes. Hiking trails start right on the doorstep.
