This beautiful holiday home is situated on a hill, in the small village of Kucine. Its elevated position affords it panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea and the pretty city of Split. The villa comprises two stories, which are connected by an outdoor staircase. The ground floor includes a bedroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area, which connects to the spacious terrace area. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A particular highlight is the outside swimming pool, which enjoys spectacular views. Fitness enthusiasts may wish to use the small fitness room, which is located in the basement. Be sure to visit the enchanting city of Split, which is approximately 7km away.

    “Super proper en mooi afgewerkt- fantastische ontvangst en mogelijkheid om door eigenaar maaltijden aan het zwembad te laten bezorgen - alles is voorzien = heerlijk relaxen aan het zwembad met wijds zicht (zou nu ook verwarmd zijn vanaf 2017) - bushalte en lokale bar vlakbij”
