Taking a break in this vacation complex (AKA177-AKA181) house is the ideal way to leave behind the stress of everyday life. In addition to a breathtaking view of nature and the valley, the location is also ideal. After only 200 meters you reach the chairlift Maibrunn and also the bus stops almost in front of the door. Also in only 100 meters distance is the thermal spa St. Kathrein ? and offers you spa & beauty treatments, as well as massages and therapies.
A visit to the nearby town of Spittal an der Drau is a must. Shopping and culture can be wonderfully combined here.
In only 5 minutes by car you are directly at the Millstätter See. In summer, the crystal clear warm water invites you to swim. Also a bike path leads around the lake.
In winter, 25 lifts transport you to the heights of the Nockberge, directly to the ski area Bad Kleinkirchheim. Families are in good hands there. In the magic land, ski kindergarten, as well as in four ski schools and countless ski rental stations, the small and large ski fans are optimally cared for and equipped.
For those who find the piste too fast-paced, there is the option of taking a horse-drawn sleigh through the deeply snow-covered and wildly romantic winter landscape or enjoying the clear air while cross-country skiing.
