The apartments are situated between Potsdamer Strasse and the Ku’damm, in the midst of Schöneberg, one of the most beautiful districts of Berlin. Akazienstrasse, Winterfeldtstrasse and its neighbouring alleys offer a glimpse of Berlin life that is second to none.

The two generously equipped and furnished apartments are next to each other in the residential house.

The two apartments are at a crossroads, so there may be some street noise. Note that a city tax is due, 5% of the cost of your stay for stays of up to max. 21 days. This city tax is payable separately by guests in cash on arrival. Long-term rentals and verified business travel are excluded from this tax.

Right below the apartment there are a supermarket, a bakery and a large bus stop with connections in all directions in Berlin. Not far from the apartment there is also a swimming pool offering various services.

Holiday Apartment in Berliner Innenstadt

The apartment is on the first floor and measures 235m². It has an open lounge, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second and third each with two single beds, the fourth and fifth each with two single beds and a sofa bed, and the sixth with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for all the bedrooms.
The kitchen and dining space forms the heart of the apartment. The kitchen is open and is equipped with various appliances including a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The large dining table invites you to dine together, sit together sociably and plan trips.
All the bathrooms are fitted with a shower and WC. A hairdryer is available. There is also a washing machine in the entrance area to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a TV, DVD player and a CD player.

If you have small children, the owner can provide junior beds and highchairs. Wireless Internet access is also available.

No event apartment where NOT allowed to party loudly with alcohol and smoking cigarettes.
