This inviting and cosy cottage is located close to one of Denmark's best beaches with dunes and long sandy beaches. If you sit on the terrace, you can see the dunes and hear the roar of the sea. The house has a good kitchen. The dining area is part of the living room which also has a fireplace and access to a covered and an open terrace. It also has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms has access to the open terrace. The house is situated on a plot of almost 1,500 square metres with heather and old conifers. The beautiful landscape was shaped by the Ice Age. It is a paradise for anglers. Havnebyen, the only real fishing port of Odsherred where you can buy freshly smoked fish, is located nearby. Summerland Zealand with many attractions for children and the young at heart, is also not far from the house. In Gniben, which is situated at the tip of the promontory of Zeeland, you can go fishing and walk along the coast around the entire peninsula. You can also enjoy a stroll on the grounds of the Artillery School. In the immediate vicinity you will also find golf courses, the Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs and the Dragsholm Castle dating back to the 13th century. The castle is situated in a beautiful natural landscape in the Bay of Nekselø and is supposedly haunted by a white ghost. You can also explore the many culinary delights the region has to offer. Pay a visit to the commercial town of Nykøbing and stroll through its charming pedestrian street with interesting shops and cafes. You can also visit Rørvig and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the harbour, where you can buy freshly caught or smoked fish everyday. Children can catch crabs from the pier.
