Comfortable holiday apartment with a sea view and a pool, not far from the sandy beach
This 40m² holiday apartment is on a holiday complex in Capitolo, about 100 metres from the sea.
You can cool off on hot days in the shared pool or relax in the communal garden and enjoy a glass of wine. You can sit together and have breakfast on the veranda. A parking space is available.
It is comfortably furnished and has a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm). A supplementary single bed (90 x 190cm) or a child’s bed can be ordered at an additional charge. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a little fridge with a freezer compartment. The Italian espresso pot and the kettle ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a WC and a washbasin. There is heating in the cool winter months for pleasant warmth throughout the apartment and in summer there is air conditioning for cooling after a long day full of new impressions.
The holiday complex about 100 metres from the apartment has a little supermarket. If you do not feel like cooking then you can be served at the nearby restaurants. The apartment is in a convenient location for going on trips or extended walks. You can get to the important places of tourist interest easily by car, such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, the Safari Zoo, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo. It is 100 metres to the closest sandy beach with clear sea water, with sections with and without beach services. It is about 900 metres to typical long sandy beaches.
In the summer months, children’s entertainment and other attractions ensure that kids will not bored and that parents can sometimes undertake something on their own. There are also many leisure activities for adults. You can use the grill areas available. The reception can answer questions and provide advice about trips. Small dogs are allowed. Free wireless Internet access is available.
