Modern holiday flat in a detached white villa with private pool use with outdoor shower and a barbecue on the spacious sun patio

This bright and cosy holiday flat is located in Casarabonela in Malaga Province, in southern Spain.

The holiday flat is located in a white villa, which was newly built in 2004 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner lives in the other half of the villa. The flat boasts a living room with open plan kitchen and two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, a television and a DVD player. There is also a fireplace, offering a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. The adjacent kitchen offers a four burner gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and even a washing machine. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to a double. The ensuite bathrooms boast a shower, a sink with under sink storage, a wall mirror and a toilet. Towels, bedding and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.

A stone staircase grants access to the 6 m x 10 m pool, which is at your private disposal. There is also an outdoor shower. The kids will love the large trampoline in the garden. The sun terrace next to the pool houses a barbecue and a place where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. A car is recommended; the property offers secure parking space.

The owner is available should any questions arise during your stay, but will of course respect your privacy. Pets are welcome. Pets are welcome upon request.

The flat is located about 28 km from Costa del Sol and 6 km from Casarabonela, with its many shops, markets, cafes and restaurants. It is a 40 minute drive to Lauro Gold Course.

    “Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad. Het huis is onderdeel van het huis van de eigenaren, Steve & Laura, door wie we zeer hartelijk zijn ontvangen. Het "appartement" is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een wasmachine, twee mooie badkamers en een eigen terras. Voor de kinderen is er van alles te doen. Ze kunnen tafeltennissen, trampoline springen, zwemmen, sprinkhanen vangen maar ook binnen even rustig met de lego spelen (of een spelletje doen) etc. Ondanks de warme periode hebben we 's nachts geen last gehad van de hitte en hebben heerlijk geslapen.

    Bij het zwembad is een (verlicht) terras voorzien van een buitenkeuken met een koelkastje en een barbecue.

    Het huis is te bereiken via een deels onverharde weg. (wij kwamen met donker aan) Met een goede routebeschrijving is het echter goed te bereiken.”
