This detached single-family house is surrounded by hills, fields and vineyards and is not far from Poysdorf. You can find the relaxing peace and quiet you are looking for here. The house was built in 1957 and was last renovated in 2014.

It’s living space of around 90m² can accommodate a maximum of six people comfortably. The living room provides a very comfortable sofa suite including a sofa bed for two people (160 x 180cm) and a flatscreen TV. It invites you to sit together sociably, watch TV, listen to the radio and relax. There are two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (200cm wide) with bedside tables and reading lamps, a generous wardrobe and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a cosy dining space for six people. The fireplace stove exudes additional cosiness and a unique atmosphere. There are two modern bathrooms with a shower and WC. The owner can provide children’s toys and board games for all ages. Heating, free Wi-Fi are available in all rooms. A washing machine can be used free of charge.

The living room affords a fabulous view of the idyllic interior garden that cannot be looked into, with a chestnut tree providing shade. There is a cosy seating suite for six people, relation loungers and a grill, ensuring a pleasant stay outdoors. You can park your car and bicycles on the driveway free of charge. Pets are allowed on request for a fee.

The grocery shop just 70 metres away with a bakery offers fresh bakery items from Monday to Saturday and all kinds of groceries. Here is the wine-growing community Herrnbaumgarten, in the beautiful Weinviertel, you can see the world from a different perspective. The gem among the sights is the Nonseum, a unique museum with “inventions that facilitate everyday life” and suggestions for improving the world. Right next to it you can explore the good old past in the first Austrian kitchen museum. The Greisslermuseum of 1877 has original inventory from the Gründerzeit. Not forgetting the Verrückte Vinothek. There are ideal hiking conditions in the wine-growing hills, such as the socks trail: don’t forget to peg up your own individual socks on the washing line. The most important product of Herrnbaumgarten is of course wine, with almost 600 hectares of hills covered in grape vines and the largest independent wine-growing area in the Weinviertel. You can take part in wine tastings and guided tractor tours. We recommend the open cellar doors at the vineyards from May to October.     “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet, es findet sich alles was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. Perfekt sind die zwei Bäder und die weitere extra Toilette.”
