Casa JoCa Pueblo is located on the edge of the old village of Benalmádena-Pueblo, above the touristic Benalmádena Costa. Pueblo is the old authentic white village with the atmospheric squares, the narrow streets and the steep stair alleys. The apartment is part of a small-scale apartment complex, where mainly locals live.

The apartment has an underground and closed parking garage, where two parking spaces belong to the apartment. The elevator takes you to the 1st floor, where the large covered terrace of the apartment overlooks the city and the Mediterranean Sea.
The entire apartment is a one ground floor. Both the living room and the master bedroom offer access to the terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and a complete bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. On cold evenings during the winter season, it also serves as heating. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the apartment.

In addition to the fully furnished and covered terrace (with dining area and lounge area), use can also be made of the common outside space. Here is also the swimming pool that can be used during the summer season.

The apartment is 15 minutes by car from Malaga airport. The apartment can also be easily reached from the airport by public transport. The bus stop is around the corner. In the immediate vicinity are all the facilities of the attractive center: restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc.

Check in between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Both the coast and the hinterland are easily accessible. From Malaga to Fuengirola you will find beautiful sandy beaches along the entire coast. The boulevard of Benalmadena is long and extensive, the luxury port of Benalmádena offers plenty of cheap restaurants. Coastal towns such as Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa are certainly worth a visit.
Inland, a visit to Mijas Pueblo is definitely recommended. Major cities such as Marbella, Malaga, Granada, Ronda and Gibraltar are easily accessible by car.
