The villa features an amazing sports area which includes an area to practice swing and a small football field, which surely will be a hit with the whole family. The villa also lies just 5 minutes walking distance from the Ifach Golf course, famous for its fantastic views on the Peñon. The perfect setting to use the swing you practised at the villa and relax:

The situation of Moraira Sport couldn’t be better. The neighbourhood is very quiet, without traffic but at the same time, very close to town. The centre of Moraira is just 7 minutes’ drive away and Cala Andrago just 5 minutes away.
The villa is distributed on two floors. Downstairs you will find a large dining room with a guest washroom and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Then you will find a cosy living room with large window panes which open on the terrace. It then leads to bedroom # 1 with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs you will find bedroom #2 with double bed, ensuite bathroom, sofa bed and a private terrace; bedroom #3 also has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and private terrace. You will then find the wonderful chill-out terraces and relax area where you will enjoy a refreshing drink under the Mediterranean sun. This will also be the ideal spot to admire a panoramic view of the sea and the area.
The outside areas of Moraira sport are incredibly large with private pool and chill-out area and will your privileged area to bathe in the sun. This is the perfect luxury villa with all the details to enjoy the dream holiday.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.
