Detached house with apartments by the sea

The apartment building enjoys a wonderful location right by the sea in Arbanija near trogir. It is quietly situated on a road with little traffic on Ciovo island.

It offers two fully-furnished apartments with air conditioning and a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.

Wireless Internet access is available, as well as parking spaces.

The Trogir old town is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site with a wide range of cosy restaurants, shops and a little market. You can stroll through the narrow alleys or along the promenade and discover its sights. There are folklore and music almost around the clock. The airport is just 8km away and it is a 30-minute ride by car or taxi boat to Split.

From the balcony, which is furnished with a table and two chairs, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

The air-conditioned apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate four people. It has a bedroom with a kingsize double bed, satellite TV and a wardrobe. There are also two single beds in the living room. The living room-kitchen includes a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet.

    “Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktionell und dem Preis angemessen und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
    Ivan, der Bruder des Eigentümers ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist jederzeit zu erreichen und spricht Englisch und versteht etwas Deutsch.”

    “Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 5 Punkten bewertet, weil die Wohnung recht schön und sauber war. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

    Das Haus, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, ist die Wohnung nicht unbedingt geeignet, denn von morgens bis spät in die Nacht fahren Autos, Motorroller, LKWs usw. direkt am Haus vorbei, teilweise über Kanaldeckel. Es vergeht kaum eine Minute, in der wirklich mal absolute Stille herrscht. Dies mag vielleicht auch daran gelegen haben, dass wir in der Hauptsaison vor Ort waren, wie es in anderen Monaten mit der Lautstärke des Verkehrs ist, können wir nicht beurteilen. Für die permanente Beschallung müssten wir eigentlich 3 Punkte abziehen, aber es gibt ja auch Menschen, die das absolut nicht stört.

    Wir haben uns auch die anderen Orte auf der Insel angeschaut. Im Vergleich zu diesen Orten ist Arbanija noch der schönste, im Hinblick auf Liegemöglichkeiten am Meer.”
