Charming private villa with pool in Le Marche region, set among the hill scenery of Senigallia, only a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast. Immersed in a wide garden where olive trees dominate, the villa is characterised by a lovely pool with panoramic view over Le Marche countryside and it's the perfect place to have a rest and experience calm and relaxing holidays. Its good position allows the guests to easily reach the Conero Riviera, which has become popular for its coves and beaches of rare beauty. The villa has beem renovates keeping its rural appeal mostly through the use of fine finishings and materials, selected with great care by the owners. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a wide kitchen with fireplace and wood oven, there's also a direct access to the garden; bathroom with shower, living room with billiard table and relax area, wide sitting room. Through a staircase you reach the upper floor composed of a study area, three double bedrooms - one with additional single chair bed, a bedroom with three single beds and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub and shower wall. Guests can benefit of an outside toilet and outdoor shower with hot water.

SENIGALLIA Senigallia is a city in the province of Ancona, in Le Marche. It is one of the main tourist resort of the region and it attracts visitors from every part of Italy and Europe. Its territory is mainly flat but surrounded by hills sloping to the sea; its historic center reflects the model of the old Roman city that was settled on a hill south of the river Misa. TO VISIT Walking through the lovely historic center of Senigallia you can admire the “Rocca Roveresca”, of ancient foundation and today home to temporary exhibitions and cultural events; the “Chiesa della Croce” (church), built at the end of the XVI century; the Ducal Palace, built in the XVI century for the family of “Della Rovere”; “Palazzo Mastai” (palace), that belonged to the family of Pope Pio IX Masti Ferretti and that now houses a collection of heirlooms belonging to the Pontiff; the “Portici Ercolani”(arcades), made of stone coming from Istria in the XVIII century, that annually hosts the major cultural events of the city. In addition to all these buildings and monuments, the sea of Senigallia is very popular among tourists. Every year the city is reach in important events, such as the Caterraduno or the Summer Jamboree, which make the city famous among millions of people. CURIOSITIES Since 1997 the city of Senigallia is uninterruptedly honoured with a Blu Flag (Bandiera Blu), an award that the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) gives to those resorts that guarantee a good quality of waters, attention to the environment, information to customers, services and security on the beach. Senigallia is one of the cities who takes part to the European Music Festival (Festa della Musica Europea) in which are involved many important cities such as Madrid, Istanbul, Bruxelles, Budapest, Berlin, Barcelon, Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal), Paris, Naples, Geneva, Losanna and Luxembourg. This is an international event that takes place simultaneously in all the squares of the above mentioned cities every 21st of June.
