The holiday house enjoys a central, but nevertheless quiet location by the edge of the forest in Steindorf by the lake Ossiacher See.Rustic holiday house in a quiet and central location, right by the edge of the forest and near the lake, as a starting point for extensive walks, cycle tours, trips to the lake or relaxing on the large site with a charcoal grill

The 2500m² site, primarily lawn, invites you to relax and play. After a long walk, you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture. A charcoal grill is provided. There is parking space for three cars on site. Four bicycles (no e-bikes) can also be used on site.

The bungalow with two bedrooms offers space for up to four people on about 80m². There is a double bed in both bedrooms. The living room provides a dining table and satellite TV. There is a rustic dining corner for meals together. The light kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge and freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric stove and a kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

The centre with cafes and restaurants, a swimming pool, the lake with a grass beach, a department store and a train station is about 500 metres away. A hiking path starts about 100 metres from the house. The nearest riding facilities and the nearest tennis court are about five kilometres away. You can go on a trip to the Warmbad thermal baths in Villach (ca. 20km) or to the Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim (25km).

A WEB-Cube with unlimited download is available for Internet access free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed here and it is a non-smoking property. In winter it is unfortunately only possible to heat a bedroom, two beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

    “Das Ferienhaus und der Garten bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Positiv: Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, großes Grundstück mit sehr vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Unterstellmöglichkeiten für das Auto und die Fahrräder, Negativ: unzureichender Wasserkocher, Wohnzimmer etwas vollgestellt (hat uns nicht gestört, weil wir fast nur draußen waren)”

    “Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum, speziell wenn man sehr aktive Kinder im Schlepptau hat. Der tolle Garten lädt ein um zu toben und zu spielen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wald, ein Paradies für Kinder. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Top Preißleistungsverhältniss. Ein besonderes Lob geben wir der Vermieterin, sie war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der See ist ein paar Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, was für uns überhaupt kein Problem darstellte. Die Gegend am ossiacher see ist traumhaft schön, man kann viele Unternehmungen machen. Unbedingt die Kärnten card kaufen. Der Urlaub war super und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.”
