This luxuriously furnished holiday apartment enjoys an ideal location right by the beach in the little village of Podstrana, at the gateway to Split. Seaside holiday-makers will love it here.
The 110m² apartment was renovated in 2014. It is on the first floor of a three-storey apartment building. It is for four to six people and provides everything you need for a carefree holiday. There are two comfortable bedrooms, of which one has a double bed 180cm wide and the other two single beds 90cm wide. The spacious, air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen also has a comfortable fold-out sofa bed for two further people. The apartment also has a dining space for six people and a fully renovated built-in kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a flatscreen TV. The bathroom provides a shower cubicle and a toilet. The apartment windows are fitted with fly screens. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week or more often on request.
A highlight of the apartment is the extensive balcony, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view every day. The seating invites you to enjoy sociable hours together with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine outdoors. You can also grill, using the grill shared by all guests. Six car parking spaces in front of the house are available in total.
The beach and the sea are right on the doorstep, but it is also not far to shops and other amenities. It is just 100 metres to the nearest restaurant and to a bakery. You can buy groceries at a shop 500 metres away and it is the same distance to a bus stop. A variety of sports and leisure facilities are available by the beaches.

“Sowohl die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit, die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und das Wohlfühlgefühl sind uneingeschränkt positiv. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und modern, dabei nicht nur funktionabel sondern auch sehr ansprechend und gemütlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Reihe, direkt am Strand - besser geht es nicht.”
