Charming Holiday House in Podstrana with Green Garden

This exceptional luxury holiday house is in a green and quiet residential area in the picturesque little coastal town Podstrana, within walking distance of the long beaches along the sunny south-west coast of Croatia.

You can enjoy leisurely holiday meals in your respective apartment at the dining table with chairs on the private sunny terrace. Or you can withdraw to one of the sun loungers under the shady awning during the hot midday hours and enjoy the extensive sea view over the blue Adriatic. Below the pool awaits you with a slide and a little shed. If you arrive by car you can find secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

It was recently newly built in 2016 and provides all modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in all the rooms and wireless Internet access. The living space totaling 600m² comprises three separate, fully-equipped holiday apartments, one on each floor. It is therefore ideal accommodation for a group of friends or extended family of up to 22 people who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining some privacy. The three apartments each have an open living room with a fully-equipped kitchen. One of them has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, while the other two each have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each living room provides a generous corner sofa suite, a flatscreen TV and a stereo system. The open fireplace exudes pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. The modern built-in kitchen next to it has only the latest appliances: dishwasher, four-zone hob with a cooker hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. The total of ten bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 x 200cm) and single beds (90 x 200cm) (see interior details). As a little extra, they each have their own TV. One of the ten luxury daylight bathrooms has a bath with a shower attachment, while the other nine are fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle. All of them have wide washbasins with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen is included in the rental price, as well as towels. A washing machine is available in the house.

Your holiday house is about 100 metres from the nearest long beach, where there are also the nearest grocery shops. Within a radius of around 500 metres you can find a good range of cafés and restaurants and nighttime entertainment. It is about 10km to Split with its famous Diocletian Palace and varied culture and gastronomy, which is a must for your trip list.

    “Das Haus bzw. die Villa haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die beiden Balkone bieten eine tolle Aussicht und das gesamte Interieur ist neu, modern und sehr passend eingerichtet. Hervorragend auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Vermieter die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen und uns einen tollen Empfang geboten haben.

    Einzig bei der Lage bzw. dem Vorort Podstrana muss man Abstriche machen. Hier wirkt vieles noch unfertig und mit vielen Baustellen.”
