Situated on the Côte d'Emeraude, this holiday home welcomes you in the middle of a quiet little hamlet between the towns of Saint-Malo and Dinan. With its elegant red shutters, it makes a beautiful impression from the outside. The house stands on a large plot with a small, enclosed garden to the rear, and there is also comfortable garden furniture at your disposal. After the renovation in 2016, a very pleasant accommodation for a relaxing holiday was created. During the renovation with high-quality and modern materials, great importance was attached to retaining the original charm. The former fireplace next to the modern kitchen, which is still clearly recognisable, has been converted into a wood-burning stove, which can provide a cosy warmth on cooler evenings. Another old fireplace in the living room and sofa area emphasises the charm of the accommodation. The motorway is just a few kilometres away and will take you to the large beaches of Saint-Malo and Dinard in no time at all. Holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet will find their happiness on the banks of the Rance, especially on the Ger beach or in La Cale de Mordreuc, which is said to be home to a dolphin. Lovers of old walls will also get their money's worth here and can follow in the footsteps of the former fortress builder Vauban: For example, discover the city walls of Saint-Malo or the fortifications and Fort Lalatte in Dinan. The unique Mont-Saint-Michel is only 45 minutes away. Golfers can indulge in their hobby at the regionally renowned course in Le Tronchet, just a few kilometres away. The neighbour's garage is also located in an annex and can be reached via a passageway. This holiday accommodation is ideal for making the most of the charm of the Côtes d'Armor.
