Beautiful, modern holiday apartment just 40 metres from the beach

The apartment is situated at the heart of Pléneuf Val André, only 40 metres from the beach.

The 20m² balcony provides ample space to flee everyday life, with modern lounge furniture and pleasant indirect lighting in the flooring. There is also a lockable garage.

This 75m² apartment with a clear linear design provides all the necessary amenities for a perfect holiday. It has a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The built-in kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, sink, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pads coffee machine, washing machine etc. The living room, along with standard furniture, also has a 140cm flatscreen TV, a Wii console and a big dining table with six chairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds. A child’s bed can also be set up here. The bathroom has a nice big shower.

The location is perfect for a beach and town holiday at the same time. Within walking distance you can find a bakery, restaurants, a spa and a casino. A weekly market is held on Fridays nearby. Pléneuf Val André is ideally situated between Caen, Le Mont St. Michel/St. Malo and L'Ile de Bréhat/ Paimpol/ Perros-Guirec/ Brest. The airports at Dinard and St. Brieuc are about 25 minutes away.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge, as well as a cot and a highchair.

    “Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Val-André, nur wenige Schritte zum Bäcker, Metzer, ... sowie zum Strand (sehr schöner Sandstrand), tolle Strandpromenade über 2 km Länge. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Bettwäsche muss mitgebracht werden. Leider funktionierte das Internet nur an 2.5 Tagen, da sich der Anschluss in der Wohnung des Ladeninhabers im Erdgeschoß befand und dieser übers Wochenende nicht da war, dann noch Urlaub hatte. Die Vermieterin war dann jedoch aufrichtig bemüht, das Internet zum Laufen zu bringen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”
