Holiday House in Lézardrieux with Private Garden

This holiday home is located about three kilometres from Lezadrieux, in a beautiful, quiet location. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the proximity to the ocean here.Renovated, 16th century natural stone house on a spacious property with a garden and a patio, in a quiet location near the Atlantic Ocean

The 2000 m², private garden is enclosed and boasts a patio, outdoor furniture, a sun shade and a barbecue. There is also a private car parking space.

The 140 m² natural stone house, built in 1578 and last renovated in 2016, accommodates up to eight people. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm latex mattress), two other bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bathroom on this level boasts a shower, a sink and a toilet. The ground floor offers a large living room, a fully loaded kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen offers a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a fireplace (firewood not in stock), a flat screen television, a home cinema, a stereo and a DVD player. A card reader in the television lets you view your photos you have taken on your holiday on the big screen. A washing machine (in the bathroom), a vacuum cleaner and an iron are at your disposal. All rooms can be heated (oil heating). Wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

It is about 600 m to the ocean. The coastal hiking path GR 34 runs only 100 meters from the property. It is three kilometres to Lezardrieux, where you can find a small grocery store, a bakery, a butcher, a post office, a pharmacy and a pizzeria. It is 5 km to Paimpol, where you can enjoy a sauna and a hot tub. The area is ideal for sailing, canoeing and hiking the coast. It is only 3.5 km to a tennis court.

    Rommelig, niet heel schoon. Lijkt alsof de vaste bewoner er uur geleden is vertrokken.”

    la longère d'Armor est parfaitement organisé, ordonné. la maison est très propre. par contre je suis à mon tour très dessus de l'état de la maison à votre départ, je vous ai demandé comme convenu de nous rendre la maison en bon état et non salle et désordonné. C' est très certainement un manque d'éducation de votre part.”

    “Leider sind die Doppelbetten viel zu kurz. Ein echter Mangel, weil man im Urlaub schlecht schläft. Außerdem fehlen Liegen bzw. Liegestühle und ein transportabler Sonnenschirm. Gehört zu einem Ferienhaus unbedingt dazu, um entspannen und ausruhen zu können. Ansonsten haben wir uns in diesem Ferienhaus incl. großräumigem Grundstück wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Auflaufformen, etc.) verbessert werden kann.
    Sehr schön ist die kleine Bucht, nur 600m vom Haus entfernt (Vermieterangabe). Dort die Fischer auf ihren Booten zu beobachten, lässt die Seele baumeln ...”

    “Bonjour Madame Monsieur, les lits doubles font 1.90 mètres * 1.40 mètres comme indiqués au départ dans la réservation, la literie est neuve, elle date de -1 an pas plus.
    en effet si vous mesurez 2.10 mètres de hauteur, les lits seront trop courts.
    concernant les meubles de jardin, il y a une table en teck pour 10 personnes avec 10 chaises également en teck, un barbecue en inox tout neuf et ceci sur une terrasse de 60 m² neuve avec un carrelage de qualité et magnifique.”
