Holiday house with private pool in Le Marche, consisting of a main property and a dependance. The main house is divided into two completely independent living units, one of which is reserved for the owner that occasionally lives there. The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a wide garden with pool for the exclusive use of the guests. At their disposal a veranda with tables, chairs and sofas. In the pool area there's an equipped gazebo, perfect for al fresco dinners, a barbecue area and a rocking chair.
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor. It is composed of a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms one with direct access to a covered veranda, a room with three single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bathroom with tub. Outside there is an independent dependance with a double bedroom with additional single sofa and a bathroom with shower.
SAN GINESIO
San Ginesio is a town in the province of Macerata, in Le Marche region. It is loceted at 696 metres above sea level, between the Macerata area and the Sibillini Mountains, actually it is called “the balcony over the Sibillini”and is located inside the park of the same name. The historic centre of San Ginesio still keeps the features of a medieval town, delimited by majestic stone defensive walls, towers, bulwarks and doors which are still visible.
TO VISIT
The most important church of San Ginesio but not the oldest is Pieve Collegiata della SS.ma Annunziata. There are also other numerous religious buildings, such as the monastery of San Liberato in the park of the Sibillini Mountains and built on 1274, the church of San Gregorio Intra Moenia originally built on 1296 in neo-Gothic and art nouveau style, the monastery and church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, where you can find an ancient fresco of the XIV century and the Abbey of Macchie. Among the public buildings it is worth visiting the town theatre of G.Leopardi and the art gallery of Scipione Gentili, that gathers a rich collection of paintings and art ojects.
