This delightful vacation cottage with private terrace stands on a 5,000 m² plot at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Simple but very quiet, it is located near the communal pool and is ideal for a couple with children. You share the magnificent pool with the guests of three other properties, including FPV469 and FPV470. The pool area treats you to an unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux, or the 1,909-meter-high giant of Provence, which inspires great enthusiasm, not least among cyclists and hikers. In winter, when it is covered with snow, it also attracts many views from afar. You will stay here on the edge of a mountain village, which will spoil you with a breathtaking panorama at an altitude of 363 meters. Just 10 km away is the popular town of Carpentras at your feet, and 30 km away you can experience Avignon with its magnificent parks and the former papal palace. Also worth a trip is L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known worldwide for its many antique and junk stores. Children can have fun at Wave Island Aquatic Park, 20 minutes away, or Spirou Park.
The Dentelles de Montmirail with their bizarrely shaped mountain ridges are only 10 km away. Good conditions for climbing and hiking await you there, and some of the officially most beautiful villages in France are also waiting for your visit: Gordes, Le Barroux, Venasque, Séguret, Vaison, Sault and Roussillon are all beautiful places within a radius of less than 30 km. Note that the two bedrooms have no door and are separated by a curtain. The mezzanine with a relatively low ceiling is more suitable for children.
It is an ideal vacation home for a family who wants to discover Vaucluse.
