Comfortably furnished holiday house with a big garden, right by the lake where you can swim

The lovely detached holiday house is within a private little holiday complex in Rheinsberg-Großzerlang on the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. Owing to its quiet location between the forest and the lake, it is ideal for nature lovers, families and couples. The house was built in 2010 and was last renovated in 2015.

The accommodation provides an ample ca. 90m² of living space for up to six people. The living and dining room has a comfortable suite, a coffee table, a TV, a games console, a fireplace stove for crackling evening fires in the autumn and winter time, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, separate freezer, mini oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fondue set. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide). The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower screen, a WC, a washbasin, a washing machine and dryer (use free of charge), as well as a towel radiator. Stairs with a door lead to the upper floor with a big bedroom with a French bed (140cm wide) and a variable pull-out single or double bed with two mattresses each 80cm wide. There is a separate little room with a single bed (80cm wide) on this floor. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The owner can provide a highchair and board games for all ages. All rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi and there is modern underfloor heating on the ground floor. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or hire them for a fee. Electricity, water and gas are included. Owing to the good layout, two couples or families can be accommodated separately on two floors and share the kitchen and the living room.

A ca. 400m² garden awaits you outside with terraces on an extensive site within a small private complex with access to the lake and the beach. A charcoal grill is available for cosy grill evenings and you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the nature. You can cycle, hike or swim right nearby or hire a canoe and your own boat mooring optionally. There is a bicycle for fetching bread rolls from the bakery. A ladies’, men’s and children’s bicycle are available for use free of charge. There are two private outdoor car parking spaces on site free of charge. Dogs are welcome for a fee.

Arrivals and departures are flexible and possible at short notice, owing to the key safe.

The communal beach (grass, sand) is within the private complex and is only for the use of the few owners and residents. It is possible to go fishing, either from the jetty or on a canoe tour. Enjoy pure nature by exploring the surroundings on foot or by bike. Watch cranes raising their young or enjoy a boat tour. There are restaurants and a little grocery shop in Kleinzerlang about 2km away. You can do more major shopping by car in Rheinsberg, where you can find many restaurants and a wide cultural programme, boat trips and boat hire.
