This holiday flat is located near Meia Praia Beach (800m) and the Marina (1 km).Modern holiday flat with a patio, ocean views, parking in the garage, a community pool, near the beach and the harbour; enjoy aquatic sports, golf, trips on the Algarve and the beautiful beaches and the traditional Mediterranean cuisine

The well maintained two storey home is surrounded by a garden. The garden is home to two community pools. Private parking is available in the parking garage, from where you can access the apartment by elevator. Additional parking spaces can be found in front of the complex. A large, covered, south facing balcony offers ocean views and is furnished with sun loungers and a dining table.

The 84m²apartment was lovingly furnished and is located on the top floor of the house. The large, bright living room is furnished with a sectional and a flat screen television. There is also a sofa bed for one. The dining table lets you enjoy meals together. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a built in closet.
