Comfortably furnished holiday house with a swimming pool, in a typical Andalusian style

A slightly hilly landscape, vineyards flooded with sunlight, pine forests and olive groves, interspersed with large, brilliant sunflower fields and strawberry fields, campesinos who till the field with their mules and mutter a friendly “buenas” to you, horses and mules dozing in the sun among the olive groves – this is where the detached finca lies.



With around 90m² of living space, this accommodation provides ample space for up to four persons. The living and dining room has a sofa, a coffee table with comfortable wooden chairs, satellite TV, a stereo system, a dining table and a fireplace for evenings in front of a crackling fire in the cooler temperatures of winter time. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with two beds that can be used either singly or together as a double bed. A dressing room adjoins it. Two people could sleep in the open room adjoining the living room. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. The bathroom is in a typical Andalusian style. Air conditioning and free Internet are partially available. You can also use a washing machine. The owner can provide board games for children.



There is a partially roofed terrace around the house, part of which can also be used as an open conservatory. You can really relax in the newly designed pool. Of course there are also regional fruit trees such as lemon, orange, kumquat, pomegranate, fig etc., along with mimosa trees, oleander, cacti etc. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. You can park a car on an outdoor parking space in front of the gate.



The owners can offer boat tours to Chipiona on request, or to the Portuguese border e.g. Ayamonte or Villa Real de Santo Antonio, along with waterskiing for kids or swimming in the Atlantic. There are also excellent riding facilities nearby. The price includes free Wi-Fi use. In the winter months or the rainy season, access is a little difficult. It is a so-called field track, sandy and with many water potholes. The ground cannot absorb the water and so one needs a suitable all-terrain vehicle to be able to pass.



Almonte is a cosy town with a range of shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafes. It is also an ideal starting point fort rips to Portugal, Jerez de la Frontera, Sierra Nevada etc. El Rocio simply has to be experienced. This unique place is about 10km away. In 1992 it was declared an international horse town. In El Rocio there are only sandy roads, not a single road has asphalt or gravel. It looks like a western town. 51 weeks a year, El Rocio is a sort of ghost town, as only around 600 people live here all year round. For one week, at Whitsun, life pulsates here when the Romeria del Rocio takes place, a pilgrimage. Then visitors come from around the world. It is not only the biggest festival in Andalusia, but also the second largest in the world. It is also worth visiting the town Sevillas, where you can explore all the places of interest. The industrial town Huelva on the Costa de la Luz awaits you with many shopping facilities. Coto Donana also has a lot to offer, with dune landscapes for walking, rare birds, dolphins, whales and other marine inhabitants, wild horses, flamingos etc. Those who are interested in a ride through the Donana can choose between various options and make a booking. There is also a marine aquarium. To get to the Matalascanas beach (about 25 mins. by car), you drive long the Coto Donana. It is one of the cleanest beaches in Andalusia and is beautiful. It is by the Atlantic and has been awarded the Blue Flag several years in a row. Here there is also a beach promenade with bars, restaurants, discos and boutiques. Those who do not want hustle and bustle do not need to go far to find a quiet spot. The beach of the Coto Donana nature reserve starts right at the end of the beach promenade.

    “Preis Leistung einfach Top . Haben uns wohlgefühlt . Man merkt den deutschen Einschlag ( z.b. Rolladen usw ) Wir , Familie mit 2 Kindern hatten ausreichend Platz.
    Vielleicht sehen wir uns wieder !? Positiv: Ruhige Lage , gut Ausgestattet , Alles da, was man braucht . Negativ: Zufahrtsweg , besonderst die Auf und Abfahrten von der Landstrasse . Katastrophe . SUV ist Pflicht”

    “La casa está muy bien equipada,limpia y cuidada.La piscina y el jardín están muy bien,la situación en pleno parque natural es estupenda y muy tranquila;aunque el camino de acceso no es muy bueno.Lo mejor el trato y la amabilidad del propietario en todo momento. Positiv: El entorno donde está ubicada la casa en plena naturaleza. Negativ: El camino de acceso podría mejorarse. Restaurant: Abuelo Curro en Bollullos del Condado - Antigua bodega,bien decorado y limpio,buena cocina y buenos vinos,con una buena relación calidad precio y lo mejor el servicio,camareros profesionales y amables. Ausflüge: Visita guiada a Doñana y el Rocio en 4X4 - Una visita imprescindible que te puedes perder”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Herausstechend ist hierbei der große Pool, der jedoch jahreszeitenbedingt, von uns leider nicht so oft besucht wurde. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und modern. Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, wie man sie von zuhause kennt. Auch in Belangen der Sauberkeit war alles tiptop.

    Durch die nächtliche und dauerhafte Außenbeleuchtung, die einbruchsicheren Fenster und das komplett umzäunte Gelände fühlt man sich auch an diesem etwas abgelegenen Ort sehr sicher.

    Ein Fahrzeug mit normaler/etwas erhöhter Bodenfreiheit ist empfehlenswert. Wir hatten mit unserem Mietwagen, einem Ford Fiesta, kein Problem. Ab Mitte/Ende Oktober ist eventuell ein 4x4 Fahrzeug ratsam (Sandwege/Regenzeit).

    Die Betten waren für uns etwas hart. Das wäre allerdings auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

    Der Vermieter war immer per Telefon/WhatsApp erreichbar und meldete sich zeitnah zurück. Die Übergabe am Anfang/Ende verlief problemlos, nett und sehr fair. Hilfe wurde stets angeboten.”

    “Sehr liebevoll angelegtes großes Grundstück. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und ist nicht einsehbar. Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Einem erholsamen Urlaub steht dort nichts im Wege. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anfahrt von Sevilla nach Almonte ist entspannt.”
