The house is located only four kilometres from Competa. The finca is an ideal property for some rest and relaxation. No matter what time of year you come here: the views always make this a unique experience. The house can accommodate up to four people on 120 m². The cosy living room is furnished with a cosy sectional, satellite television and a fireplace. The dining table lets you enjoy meals together. The beautiful gallery is furnished with a sofa. Adjacent to the living room is the fully loaded kitchen. It is furnished with all necessary appliances. The kitchen is furnished with a dish washer, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment and much more. The finca has two bedrooms: one is furnished with a king size bed, the other one is furnished with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
Outside, the kidney shaped pool lets you cool of on hot days; it is surrounded by a patio, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. There is also a barbecue.
The access road is tarmacked up to the entrance. The drive to the finca is on a solid road, except for the last 100 meters, which are quite steep; the finca is accessible by an ordinary car. Pool and beach towels are not provided. The central heating can be used (fee based).
NEW: From November 2018 there will be air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Competa offers everything: several small supermarkets, a bakery, a green grocer, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical care, a dentist, internetr cafes, souvenir shops and tourist information centres. This destination is an outdoor lover's paradise: hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, ATV and Jeep tours - the choice is yours.
