Surrounded by almost untouched nature and close to the village of Smokvice, is located this romantic holiday home, which offers a lot of privacy due to its location. It has been built with great care from stone and wooden elements and consists of a living and dining area with kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor as well as a gallery with the minimum ceiling height of approx. 80 cm. The power supply of this charming domicile is supplied by solar power, which limits the use of electrical equipment. Within a few minutes drive you reach the nearest bays as well as gravel and rocky beaches.

    “Ein absoluter Traum für Familien, die abseits des Touristenlärms, ein ruhiges Plätzchen suchen!
    Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit einer Traum-Terasse und einem Blick in ein stilles Tal voller Olivenbäume und Weinreben. Am Ende des Tales erblickt man, zwischen Bergen, das Meer! (rund 1km). Das Haus mit der Lage ist auf jeden Fall diesen Preis wert!!
    Entfernung des Ferienhauses vom Ort Smokvica ist ca. 2km.
    Wir sagen: sehr empfehlenswert!”
