The cottage is situated in an idyllic location in the southeast of the island. Between Ses Salines Road and Sant Jordi.

This villa is well equipped. The house is situated on a 14,000 m2 plot of land is located in a very quiet cul de sac. On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is equipped with Siemens appliances and furniture SieMatic and makes the heart beat of every amateur chef higher. The living / dining room is decorated generously.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms and two further bathrooms are upstairs. The pool is very large and is located below the terrace. No matter what time of year you come, you will feel at home here.

Relax by the pool, dine on the large terrace next to the house or grill your & fresh vegetables on the big BBQ.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   

€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  

Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
