Ascona: Modern house. Above Ascona, in the resort, 400 m from the centre, in the district Lago Maggiore, in a quiet position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. In the house: lift, central heating system. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) on the premises, communal covered parking (extra). Shop, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Locarno-Muralto" 4 km, public bathing area 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Additional accommodations can be booked. Minigolf 1 km. Via steep stairs and 5 minutes walk there is another public parking. Public car park in the centre.

    “Mit der Ausstattung unserer Ferienwohnung, Küche ganz modern, ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtet, waren wir zufrieden. Langschläfern empfehlen wir Wohnungen zur Ostseite, da man über der Eingangsseite schon eher durch abfahrende Gäste oder die fast tägliche Müllabfuhr geweckt wird.
    Die Lage ist super, direkt über der Fußgängerzone, und lädt zum abendlichen Bummel durch die steilen Gäßchen ein mit einer tollen Sicht aufs Tal und den See.
    Dafür ist die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch das steile, enge Gässchen erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und gerne nahmen wir das Angebot des Brötchendienstes wahr.
    Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Objekt 12742

    Haus und Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen; alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Vom Balkon der Wohnung bietet sich, trotz eingeschränkter Sicht, ein einmalig schöner Blick über die Stadt und den See.
    Die Schlüsselhalter sind sehr freundlich.
    Einen Platz in der Tiefgarage zu buchen ist empfehlenswert; das Parken in der sehr engen Straße ist schwierig.
    Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Dafür an Sie ein herzliches Danke”

    “While the property was ok, Parking was extremely difficult. Small spaces and on very steep hill. Wifi was very poor and unobtainable on the balcony. It is a very steep walk down to Ascona centre with 184 steps or an extremely steep long road.
    Views from balcony were good though.”
