Wonderful Holiday House in Sperlonga with Private Parking and Spectacular View

Townhouse in the center of Sperlonga, and 500 meters from the beautiful old town.
Inside a newly built villas context, it has driveway with parking and independent pedestrian access.

Tastefully decorated, the villa is on two floors with entrance in the living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen and full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Upstairs the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a large double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, toilet and bidet. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view.

Sperlonga is an ancient medieval village among the 32 most beautiful in Italy. On the top f the town with a spectacular view on the Pontine islands, the promontory of Circeo and the islands of Ischia and Capri, this wonderful town has some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of the coast of Lazio and has been awarded since 1996 to today European Blue Flag (between 8 cleanest beaches of Lazio). Completely pedestrian with white back alley, bar and shops with typical products and local crafts, not to mention the archaeological sites, Sperlonga offers an unforgettable atmosphere to the tourist and pleasure to come back!
With a short drive you can reach the neighboring resorts of Gaeta (10 Km) and Terracina (Km 20) with equipped beaches for bathing and the historic towns and monuments. In just over one hour from Rome and Naples with trains every 30 minutes from Formia
