Im gemeinschaftlichen Garten laden drei Sitzplätze alle Gäste zum Verweilen ein. Nach Anfrage und Koordination mit den anderen Familien kann weiterhin kostenfrei ein EKO Grill Platz (mit GAS- ohne Kohle) genutzt werden. Jeder Ferienwohnung steht im Hof ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Durch die zentrale Lage im Ort benötigen Sie dort kein Auto und können viele Dinge zu Fuß erledigen. Sie sind sehr nah zum Central Park (200m), Hafen (500m), Strand und allen Geschäfte, Cafés, Post und Bank, Spielplätze (250-450m), Casino, Museum (500m), Aquarium (500m), Restaurants etc. gelegen. Entspannen Sie in den Parkanlagen umgeben von mediterranen Pflanzen oder in lauen Sommernächten bei Musik und Tanz auf den Hotel Terrassen. Für die ganze Familie bieten sich hier Unterhaltung, Regeneration, sportliche Aktivitäten und Erholung.

Apartment with sunny terrace overlooking Krk Island Crikvenica, Center ofthe city Crikvenica, private villa with private garden and parking. To the pebbled and sandy beach a few steps, 3 minute , max 100-150 meters. No car needed. To the footpath along Adriatic coast 50 meters. Shops, Coffees, Hotel area ,Casino, Museum, Aquarium, Bank, Post 300-500 meters.

The 90m2 holiday apartment is on the second floor under the roof., inclusive big terrace. It provides a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine etc. A dining corner invites you to dine together after preparing and cooking. The living room has a variety of seating and satellite TV, as well as a sofa bed for two people and a bed for one person. The separate bedroom is furnished with a king size bed . The apartment is therefore ideal for three to four people. A shower room with a bidet, washbasin, hairdryer , washing machine, and WC is also available. Two air conditioning units, Internet by code and a safe round off the accommodation.

From the 36m2 furnished terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view as far as the island Krk. The two awnings allow you to find a shady spot on hot summer days.

It is center of the city and around of 300-500m are sport centers, handball on the beach, canoes, children playgrounds,and other summer activities.
