This charming villa on a 1,500 m² plot in the hills of Golfe-Juan has a living area of 180 m². Look forward to a fenced private pool and several sunbeds. Next to the pool, a beautiful terrace with arbor awaits you, and another outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture. On the first floor of this spacious and lovingly renovated villa is the living room, which opens onto the garden, a bathroom with tub and three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room. On the top floor there are two bedrooms and another shower room. It is only 5 km to the nearest sandy beaches. There are several restaurants and various water sports activities are offered, such as parasailing as well as boating, pedal boating and jet skiing. In the evening you can stroll leisurely along the port of Golfe-Juan, discover Juan-les-Pins or take advantage of Cannes and its many summer events.
