Holiday house on the island Rab

The house is on the beautiful Croatian island Rab in Banjol, about 300 metres from the old town.

The 120m² ground floor is suitable for up to 8 guests. It has three double bedrooms and a sofa bed for two people. The tiled living room provides a dining table and seating for all guests, a sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, a coffee machine, a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a bread-cutting machine, microwave, dishwasher and tea towels. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC, the second with a shower, WC and washing machine. Two of the bedrooms each have laminate flooring and a double bed with cupboards, while the third bedroom (children’s room) has parquet flooring and a bunk bed with a cupboard.

The 110m² first floor is suitable for up to 9 guests. It has two tiled double bedrooms with double beds and cupboards, two double sofa beds and a single sofa bed. The tiled living room provides a dining table and seating for all guests, a sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, a coffee machine, a ceramic hob with an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a bread-cutting machine, microwave, dishwasher and tea towels. One bathroom has a shower and WC, the other a shower, WC and washing machine.

The 44m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and lights. There are two balconies on the first floor totaling 10m², with garden furniture, an awning and lights. There is a 42m² swimming pool on site for your own private use, with loungers and parasols. The site is fully enclosed and therefore suitable for children. Six parking spaces are available.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the site. Other special features are the three dishwashers and two washing machines that you can use independently. The final cleaning is included in the price.

The house is about 200 metres from town. You can see the beautiful harbour from the site, only about 100 metres away. There are several supermarkets and restaurants right nearby. Many beaches can be accessed without a car and the paths to get there are also suitable for pushchairs. There are many clubs and bars in the old town about a five-minute walk away.

    “Das Haus ansich befindet sich eigentlich in einer guten Lage.
    Sehr gut für mehrere Familien geeignet, da oben 2 seperate Wohnungen sind und unten auch noch 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Kinderzimmer. Sehr großes Tisch auf der Terrasse, das alle Platz haben, nur leider ist die Terrasse erhöht, und ohne Geländer, das man mit kleinen Kindern sehr aufpassen musste, das die da nicht runter fallen.
    Die Angaben zum Strand stimmen nicht ganz. Der Fußmarsch dahin ist schon etwas weiter als gedacht. Die Buchten die dort sind, sind auch sehr klein. Somit haben wir das Auto gepackt und sind nach Lopar zum ParadiesStrand gefahren, der sehr schön ist für Kinder.
    Die Vermieter des Hauses sind sehr nett, und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wenn es irgendein Problem gab, konnte man sie telefonisch schnell erreichen.”
