It is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house, where apartment ILO103 (first floor with private entrance) is also rented. Shared outdoor areas: Garden with barbecue, chairs, table. Parking space on the completely fenced property. Baby bed and high chair on request. The village center is 500 m away and here you will find restaurants and stores of all kinds, as well as a beautiful lakeside promenade. Here you can even visit a water sports school that organizes several courses: Wind Surf, Sailing, Canoeing and Standup Paddle. In the surrounding hills and mountains there are numerous excursion possibilities, such as the path to the Begna waterfalls, near Porlezza. Italy's second oldest golf course is 8.5 km away, while ferries and speedboats to Lake Como depart from Menaggio (about 12.5 km). The city of Lugano, on the shores of the lake of the same name, is also within quick reach (16 km). The beach in 200 m has a paid and a free part. ILO103 and ILO104 are in the same complex.
