The villa is located in Sa Carroca, a peaceful residential area.
By car it takes about 7 minutes to Ibiza-Town, 7 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to Playa den Bossa. Salinas-Beach is about 10 minutes away.
The house is located on a hill above Sand Jordi, overlooking Playa den Bossa with the Ushuaia. Restaurants and all famous nightclubs of the island can be reached easily.
Supermarkets and food-shops are close-by.
The property has a fence around it and is protected with a private gate.

    “Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit gepflegtem Garten, traumhafter Blick auf IBIZA und Dalt Villa, Von allen 3 Schlafzimmern kann man direkt auf die Terrasse mit Pool. In der oberen Etage ist ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon komplett verglast, wir waren im April dort es war Abends noch frisch sodass wir den Raum wunderbar Abends nutzen konnten mit herrlichem Blick auf die beleuchtete Stadt. Eine Grillecke mit Gasgrill ist vorhanden, und es gibt eigentlich rundherum Sitzmöglichkeiten, egal ob man Sonne oder Schatten mag man findet immer ein gemütliches Plätzchen. Die offene Küche ist groß und gut eingerichtet, man hat viel Platz um gemeinsam zu kochen. Die Bäder sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, Supermarkt in der Nähe, 10 Minuten in den Hafen von Ibiza, oder an die Playa den Bossa mit dem schönen langen Sandstrand. Die Gastgeber sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.”
