Holiday House in Okrug Gornji with Spacious Pool

This generously laid out holiday villa is set in the peaceful village of Okrug Gornji (Ciovo island). It is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Croatian cities of Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir, Split and Omis, the Croatian islands, national parks and ancient attractions.Fully detached three-storey holiday villa with a private, illuminated pool and garden, outdoor shower and traditional stone grill, only approximately 100m from the beach

You can enjoy the beautiful green settings with a large swimming pool and great outdoor areas. The spacious pool area provides a divine choice of spots to catch the sun rays or to find shady corners, while the shaded gazebo with a BBQ and big dining table invites to spend long dinners and great get-together moments. There are stunning sea views from the balcony on the first floor. There are two private parking places, free of charge. The children's paradise as we call the garden extends to 600 m2 various levels of the property. However, the highlight of the garden is the beautiful swimming pool (32m2) with an internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool cleaning system. The sun loungers (10), extra tables (4) and sunshades (4) invite each of the villa guests to identify their perfect spot to relax.

The villa has a beautifully designed interior. It is a great spot for families and groups of friends due to space and variety of eating and seating areas. Comprised of two separate apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) with private access, it works well if you are traveling with family members. The Villa has a capacity of ten people: eight adults, and two teenagers or children. There are four bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and the other two have two 90 x 200 cm single beds each. The two living rooms offer spacious sofas and flatscreen TVs. Both modern kitchens are fully equipped. Parents can pack lightly, as a travel crib, high chair, and baby bath are all provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered with wireless internet access both inside and also around the pool and garden.

It is only about 100m to the nearest beach. Okrug Gornji village has several restaurants with a rich choice of local specialties, a butcher, a bakery, several supermarkets, a post office, money exchange office and ATM and small food market convenient for daily shopping. Excellent boutiques, food markets, numerous restaurants, ice cream shops and enchanting churches, towers, and fortress inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage List can be found in neighboring Trogir town. Close by the Villa, there is a diving center, you can play tennis, basketball, soccer or parasailing on the beach. The island Ciovo is connected by bridge with the mainland, therefore there are no extra charges if you are traveling by car. From Okrug Gornji you can go to Trogir by bus or by boat which runs every 15-30 min. (800m from Villa).

Here it is all about achieving a laid-back atmosphere. You can decide to go for a short swim in the sea and get back to the villa for a glass of wine by the pool. Allow yourself to have fun, to relax, to be sun-kissed or just sit back and simply listen to the birds. This is the ultimate essence of summer. Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season (mid-June, July and August), running Saturday-Saturday. Shorter stays are available during low season, minimum 3 nights, any day in a week.
