In a piecefull location, on a spacious plot in a small and quiet village Polje, on the island of Krk, this cozy semi-detached holiday home is located. It consists of three separate accommodation units, connected by an external communication, and is ideal for larger families. At yours disposal are terraces spread over the garden and the floor, while additionally there is a roof terrace. In the basement are the kitchen and bathroom, the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, while on the first floor are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The beautifully landscaped garden is perfect for a carefree children’s game, while on the outside grill you can prepare excellent grilled dishes. There is a small local shop in Polje, while in nearby Šilo are beautiful beaches, restaurants and promenades. Do not miss tasting the indigenous gastronomic specialties and home-made wines of the island of Krk. There is also a carting track in Krk, a wake-board and ski lift in Punat, wineries in the romantic Vrbnik, the house of "Krk prosciutto" in Vrh and many small interesting squares and alleys worth visiting.

    “Ich möchte vorausschicken, dass dies keine Beschwerde, sondern notwendige Punkte sind, die angesprochen werden sollten.
    Das Haus ist unterteilt in 3 Appartements zu je 2, und 2 Mal 4 Personen. Sauberkeit und Allgemeinzustand sind sehr gut. Das Haus wurde uns für 10 Personen vermietet. Leider gab es z.B. nur eine Kaffeemaschiene für 10 Tassen; von den angepriesenen 3 Fernsehern waren nur 2 vorhanden und davon hat nur einer funktioniert. Der zweite stand in einem Raum, bei dem keine Steckdose Strom hatte. Eine Überprüfung der Sicherungen brachte kein Ergebnis. Ersatzglühbirnen für die Deckenlampen waren nicht vorhanden. Uns ist im Bad der unteren 4 Personen-Wohnung die Birne nachts ausgefallen und kein Fenster im Raum, also totale Dunkelheit angesagt - Licht nur durch offenlassen der Türe in den Küchenraum möglich.
    Ein Aufenthalt aller Personen zusammen innerhalb des Hauses ist nicht möglich, was bei Regen die Lage etwas kompliziert. Wir hatten, Gott sei Dank, nur 1 Regentag. Für alle Personen ist nur ein Pavillon vorhanden um zusammen im Schatten z.B. die Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Etwas eng. Auf der oberen Terrasse ist es bei diesen Temperaturen unmöglich zu sitzen. Glatt geschliffene und spiegelnde Fliesen, die die Wärme gut speichern und absolut kein Schatten. Der Preis ist für die Hauptsaison annehmbar. Bei der Übergabe war der Vermieter/zuständige Mitarbeiter von Ihnen vor Ort. er war sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur Kroatisch und Englisch. die Übergabe war sehr global - kein Hinweis auf den Ort des Stromzählers bzw. der Sicherungen, die sich nach unseren Selbstfindungen in dem oberen 4er Appartement befinden - alle. Bei der Endabnahme war lediglich die Ehefrau anwesend, die nur Kroatisch spricht und versteht.”
