This holiday apartment in a detached house is located in a beautiful bay of Stara Novalja by the sea, just 10 metres from the pebble beach. It is ideal for families and couples who want to relax from the stress of everyday life and is tastefully furnished.

You can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace with sea view, relax on the sun loungers and have a barbecue.

The beach and the sea are just a few steps away, the pine trees in front of the house provide natural shade, perfect for an unforgettable summer. The car park is right next to the house on the owner's property, which you share with other tenants.

An inflatable kayak is available for use. Boat moorings are available on request and at an extra charge.

    “Ausstattung:
    Küche: Es ist alles vorhanden. Anzahl an Geschirr, Töpfen, etc. nur jeweils 4-6x, sodass nach jeder Mahlzeit der Geschirrspüler laufen muss.
    Schlafzimmer: Mobiliar teilweise deutlich abgenutzt.
    Balkon: Leider nur 4 Sitzmöbel.
    Bad: kleine Duschwanne - Duschen führt zur "Überflutung".
    Lage: Sehr gut. Unmittelbare Strandnähe.
    Zustand: Durchgeführte Sanierungsmaßnahmen sind minimal z.B. Bad gefliest aber nicht gestrichen. Fenster, Türen, Fensterläden sind sanierungsbedürftig.
    Sauberkeit: Wohnung wurde sehr sauber vorgefunden.
    Preiswürdigkeit: Preis ist nur durch gute Lage gerechtfertigt, ca. 150 EUR pro Nacht ist überhöht.
    Sonstiges: Keine Möglichkeit einen Grill zu nutzen. Objekt ist kein reines Ferienobjekt, so dass es morgens etwas unruhig war.”
